Homemade Face Mask to Get Rid of Spots, Acne Scars, and Wrinkles
You’ll Need:
- 1 teaspoon honey

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
The Drill:
In a small, clean bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Apply evenly to face and neck, making sure to avoid the eyes and mouth. You will feel a tingling sensation but that will go away within minutes. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Pat dry and follow up with your favorite moisturizer. 14 Bold & Unique Hairstyle Tutorials You Can Do At Home
Contour and highlight! Use a bronzer a few shades darker than your skin tone and contour the hallows of your cheeks and the side of your face. Do the fishy face and you will see where the hallows are. Highlight the top of your cheekbones, your nose, and your brow bones to bring more dimension to your face and it takes away from the roundness of your face.
Let’s start by identifying round faces:
If the length of your cheekbones at their widest are similar to the length of your face and you have a rounded jawline/chin this post is for you, and your beautiful round face!
What’s great about having a round face?
Full cheeks are gorgeous and very youthful, so you can plan on aging gracefully.
A soft rounded jawline is sweet and feminine.
You’re in good company! Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams and Cameron Diaz are all rocking’ the round with ya.
Here is a diagram showing where to get the best use out of your HAC-ing (or your IIID foundation as soon as you get it!:)
As I post the rest of the shapes the differences in each application will probably be more apparent, then I’ll do a wrap up video where I show you each application step by step. Also, if by the end you’re still clueless on what your face shape is, I have something planned for you as well so don’t panic!
Make up tips for a round face
I’ll be honest… I never worried about the chemicals in store-bought
conditioning sprays until I had a daughter. All of a sudden I couldn’t
bring myself to spray that nasty stuff on her head. I didn’t want her
inhaling it as I sprayed it, and I didn’t want it on her.
First I went in search of the most organic eco-friendly spray I could find, but sometimes even those are misleading. Some of them contain sulfates, parabens, and/or propylene glycol that are harmful to our environment and even worse for our children.
After a few months of searching for the perfect detangling spray, I decided to try to make my own. I started experimenting and testing. We tried three different concoctions over a two month period, and this one was our favorite.
First add 3/4 cup of distilled water straight into your glass bottle. [Essential oils keep better in glass.] Then add the vegetable glycerine and vitamin e oil. Next add 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Feel free to use a different essential oil such as citrus fresh, ylang ylang, rose or geranium if you prefer. [If you use a citrus essential oil make sure you use a glass bottle. Citrus oils will eventually eat through plastic.]
Gently shake before each use.
I have found that this recipe makes it really easy to comb through my daughters hair. Even my husband has noticed a difference. I think it works better than the store bought leave in conditioners and detangling sprays. I like it so much I use it myself.
